Oskorp Limited Warranty

1. General Limited Warranty

Oskorp Inc. (“Oskorp”) warrants to the original purchaser (“Customer”) that its products, when properly installed and used in accordance with Oskorp’s installation guidelines and applicable building codes, will be free from material defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service conditions for a period of fifteen (15) years from the date of purchase.

2. Extended Limited Warranty Options

A. 50-Year Extended Warranty
For the following products installed as a complete Oskorp system—WRBs (HouseWrap), underlayments, and tapes—the warranty is extended to fifty (50) years from the date of purchase, provided they are used together in accordance with Oskorp’s product guidelines.

B. Certified Contractor Installation
If any Oskorp product is installed by an Oskorp Certified Contractor (a contractor who has completed Oskorp’s official training and holds a valid certificate), the warranty is extended to thirty (30) years.

C. Window Sealing Systems
For window sealing products including DUOEASY, BG1, and 3E Tape, the warranty is valid for the lifetime of the installed window unit, up to a maximum of thirty (30) years, when properly installed and maintained.

3. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials under normal use.

  • Product performance as specified in Oskorp’s technical datasheets and guidelines, assuming correct storage, handling, and installation.

4. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Improper installation or failure to follow Oskorp’s written instructions.

  • Damage due to misuse, neglect, or natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes, tornadoes).

  • Normal aging or wear beyond the covered warranty period.

  • Modifications, repairs, or use of non-Oskorp materials.

  • Any labor costs, incidental or consequential damages.

5. Conditions and Requirements

To qualify, the following conditions must be met:

  • Proof of Purchase including product name and purchase date.

  • System Installation (for 50-year warranty): Must include qualifying combinations of WRBs, underlayments, and tapes—all from Oskorp.

  • Certified Contractor Proof (if applicable): Contractor’s certificate must be provided upon request (email: sales@oskorp.com).

  • Proper Compliance: Installation must follow Oskorp guidelines and local building codes.

  • Notification Period: Any defect must be reported to Oskorp within 30 days of discovery.

6. Claim Process

To file a warranty claim:

  • Contact Oskorp at welcome@oskorp.com or call (239) 365-5525.

  • Provide:

    • Proof of purchase and installation.

    • Photos or videos of the defect.

    • System details or contractor certificate, if applicable.

Oskorp will assess the claim and may request additional information or schedule an inspection.

7. Remedies

If a product is confirmed to be defective under warranty, Oskorp will, at its sole discretion:

  • Provide a replacement product of equal or greater value, or

  • Refund the original purchase price.

Labor costs and consequential damages are not covered.

8. Transferability

The warranty is transferable with the building as long as all conditions remain met and documented.

9. Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

Except as expressly stated, Oskorp makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
