Oskorp Limited Warranty

1. General Limited Warranty

Oskorp Inc. ("Oskorp") warrants to the original purchaser (“Customer”) that its products, when properly installed and used in accordance with Oskorp’s installation guidelines and applicable building codes, will be free from material defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service conditions for a period of fifteen (15) years from the date of purchase.


2. Extended Limited Warranty for Certified Contractors

If the Oskorp products are installed by an Oskorp Certified Contractor (a contractor who has successfully completed Oskorp’s training program and holds a valid certificate), the warranty period is extended to thirty (30) years from the date of purchase.


3. Warranty Coverage

This Limited Warranty covers the following:

  • Defects in materials under normal use.
  • Performance of the product as specified in Oskorp’s technical guidelines and datasheets, provided the product has been properly stored, handled, and installed.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover:
The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow Oskorp’s written guidelines.
  • Damage caused by natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, tornados).
  • Wear and tear due to aging beyond the warranty period.
  • Damage caused by modifications, repairs, or use of non-Oskorp materials in conjunction with Oskorp products.

4. Conditions and Requirements

To qualify for this Limited Warranty, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Proof of Purchase: The Customer must provide proof of purchase, including the date of purchase and the product name.
  2. Certified Contractor Installation (if applicable): For the extended 30-year warranty, proof of installation by an Oskorp Certified Contractor must be provided. If a copy of the contractor certificate is required it can be requested at sales@oskorp.com
  3. Compliance: Products must have been installed in accordance with Oskorp’s written instructions and applicable building codes.
  4. Notification of Defect: Any defect or issue must be reported to Oskorp within thirty (30) days of discovery.

5. Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, the Customer must:

  1. Contact Oskorp via email at welcome@oskorp.com or by phone at (239) 365-5525
  2. Provide the following information:
    • Proof of purchase and installation.
    • Detailed description of the defect, including photos or videos if possible.
    • Certified Contractor certificate (if applicable for the extended warranty).

Oskorp will review the claim and may request additional information or arrange an on-site inspection.


6. Remedy

If a product is determined to be defective under this Limited Warranty, Oskorp will, at its discretion:

  • Provide a replacement product of similar type and quality.
  • Refund the purchase price of the defective product.

Oskorp will not be responsible for labor costs associated with the removal or replacement of defective products or for any incidental or consequential damages.


7. Transferability

This Limited Warranty applies only to original Oskorp products. The warranty stays valid as long as all conditions and requirements (4.) are met. This also applies in case the owner of the building changes. 


8. Governing Law

This Limited Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.


9. Disclaimer

Except as expressly provided in this document, Oskorp makes no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
