About the construction Film

Our construction film is made of polyethylene, copolymers and recyclates.
These components are granulated, heated, extruded and then cut, folded and rolled. Our construction film is manufactured in Germany, meaning that a large part of the supply chain is relatively short and highly secure.

The pellets

This is what the film looks like before it is processed. The recyclate is also granulated into this spherical shape before it can be reintroduced into the production process.

Extrusion

The film is extruded and “inflated” in a special tower.

Finished film

The film is then cooled, folded and, depending on the requirement, cut and rolled.
